Wonderful Ways To Use Wedding Luminary Bags For A Memorable Event

By Freida Michael

Being a huge celebration for most people, a wedding is a very special event. For this reason and many more, people wanted to be as memorable as possible. In order for that to happen, they must focus on all the details, no matter how elaborate or subtle they may want them to be. Whichever is the choice, wedding luminary bags can make this event unforgettable.

To be used outdoors, it should be dark out or close to dark, as that's when they will have a great effect. One has to consider the fact that these are lighted objects that need darkness or dim lights in order for them to stand out. Indoors, in a temple or church, or even a reception banquet, they can make a huge bang even though they are so subtle.

One can use ordinary paper bags, but for such a celebration, it would be wise to choose something more in keeping with the event. For example, very often weddings use white, cream, and silver in any combination, as these are synonymous with these events. So, a white or cream colored bag with silver accents would be ideal.

In the religious ceremony, the venue could be decorated with these luminaries, that line the aisle that the entire bridal party will walk down. As soon as guests arrive, their eyes will be drawn to the luminaries, which are lit up with battery operated lights. As such, one can rest assured that they are safe and no danger can come of them even if they are placed on the floor.

Take them a step further, and use them on the altar. This keeps the eyes focused on this all-important place throughout the religious ceremony. The best part about luminaries is the fact that they are very affordable, so they may be used liberally without breaking the bank. At the same time, they will make the desired statement and beautify any area.

A reception hall or banquet can also be lit up with these impressive, subtle lights. They can line up along the red carpet that leads guests into the hall, and they can also be placed on all the guests tables, at each place setting. Alternatively, there could be a larger luminary used as a centerpiece on the guests tables.

Of course, the head table must not be forgotten. Being the stars of the show, the bride and groom should always draw attention, and luminaries can always help. Another choice would be to use these lit up bags around the perimeter of the hall. Considering how often the lights are dimmed at these events, they will just create a beautiful room.

For an outdoor wedding, luminaries are second to none. They make a grand statement, lighting up different paths to guide guests around the area, and leading them safely to the actual venue. Their place at such events also helps to take more interesting and memorable photographs that will last a lifetime. Pay special attention to the different bags available, as each one is etched with a specific design. Some even have letters cut out that when put together, form a word or sentence, such as, "I love you."
