Have The Healthiest Lawn On Your Block With Quicklawn

By Justin Graeson

Between changing out the water heater and cleaning the carpets, it appears that work is never ever done when you have a home. Now please understand that I would not have it any other way. As well as sleeping, many of us are in our home for some 12 plus hours day in and day out. A few of us in fact work in our residence as well so you can include even more hours on to that. From time to time we take things upon ourselves to be proactive and change out the dishwashing machine but at other times we end up being reactive. Like the moment when a strong wind broke a huge tree limb and it triggered substantial damage when this limb landed on our roof.

This year I am attempting to stay top of things by going the proactive path. Now to understand the next statement, recognize that my spouse and I live in a house that is approximately 55 years old. I have actually walked around our house and kept in mind that I would like to rehab the bathroom upstairs because we still have the old blue toilet, blue bathtub, a 30 year old vanity, and disgusting old tile.

The exterior of my house is much better but there are a couple of things that need have to be taken care of. Some dangling cable wires looks unpleasant and then there is the grass. Perhaps 8 years ago our lawn was destroyed when a pipe burst outside. We have plenty of bare spots and it seems that no matter what type of lawn seed or fertilizer that I put down, lawn does not grow very well. This is probably due to the fact that our trees are also over 50 years old and there is too much shade for grass to grow.

But I have actually resolved that this would be the year that I would do something about my yard. In between the crabgrass, grubs, ants that build their hills, bare patches, brown patches and other weeds, I have actually got to do something to make my lawn look good. I have to face facts, my lawn is an embarrassment. So I was talking to a co-worker who spends a great deal of time gardening and he said that he truly likes an item called Quicklawn. Now I understand absolutely nothing about Quicklawn except for the couple of things that I've read on its website however if everything is correct about the claims, Quicklawn would seem to be able to solve most of my lawns issues.

Now although I'm cynical about a lot of products that offer wild claims, I am informed that Quicklawn can help eliminate crabgrass and other weeds, bugs, brown patches and will grow in the shade. The price of a bag of Quicklawn is a fraction of the cost of a few of the well known seed and seed fertilizer combinations and they provide a money refund too if you are not pleased.

My work buddy informs me that his lawn is green throughout the year and he has the very best looking lawn in his community. Seeing as we are in the winter season months in the Chicagoland area, I will be waiting til the spring to use Quicklawn. Will do a followup come summer.
